Scheduling a payment for a future date DOES NOT prevent your water from being interrupted if your disconnect date is before your scheduled payment date.

The payment processor charges a convenience fee of $1.95 for one-time E-check payments, and a convenience  fee of $3.95 for all debit/credit card payments.

There is NO FEE to enroll in Automatic EFT (bank draft) Payments in office.
